Mist Collectors

Uncollected coolant and machining oil mist can cause slippery floors and collect on machines, walls and ceilings, creating an unpleasant, high-maintenance working environment. That's why Donaldson developed a broad range of mist collection products that remove submicronic contaminants from the plant atmosphere.

The Donaldson WSO mist collector provides filter solutions for oily smoke. The WSO uses revolutionary new SynteqTM filter media engineered for superior draining, resulting in lower pressure drop and longer filter life. The WSO mist collector design has several configurations such as machine mountable and single machine stand mount to meet your plant mist.

The Donaldson Dryflo is the first cartridge collector developed specifically for mist applications. It is designed to collect oil, water-soluble and synthetic coolant mists from a variety of machining operations and other industrial processes. It can be used individually or in combination to meet the exact needs of your wet machining operation. The Dryflo design has several configurations such as machine-mountable, central system and packaged system that can meet your plant layout requirement.
